Happy New Year to all my readers. I feel like I blinked and 2018 disappeared and here we are in a new year.

Will your New Year resolutions end by Spring?
I love the feeling of January and a new year but I also know that we can make resolutions and then start failing before we get to Spring.
So, how am I dealing with a new year and goals and plans? Of course I’m writing them down and creating deadlines wherever possible. I know how things can slip….. but most importantly I’m giving myself a chance to stop and breathe. You know when you’re writing a huge list of everything you want to achieve but somehow forget to include time to fun or just to pat yourself on the back and say “I’ve done good”.
Yes, go ahead and make your list of goals and dreams for the year; we’re driven, focused women so it has to be done. But don’t forget to stop and congratulate yourself for making it through 2018.
