I’ve been blogging recently about black women’s wellbeing. I believe we have to make time for those things that are good for our emotional, mental & physical health- always.

What’s planned for your weekend?

Trip to the gym, getting a manicure, catching up with friends or being really radical and ‘ignoring the housework’ (cause the world won’t end if you leave it today!). Maybe you’ll take a long bubble bath and enjoy a film until your sides hurt !

I know what it’s like to have competing priorities and to-do lists that are so long, they’re like  a novel. But sometimes we need to stop and rest and just take the pressure off for our physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
