Dear Black women,
Who’s starting a health reset for winter ? I’ve had a tough few months with bereavement over the loss of my brother , so re-focusing on my fitness and being in the gym felt good today. I have to admit these grey rainy days don’t make me want to do exercise but I always feel good afterwards and that makes it worthwhile.
How do you do your reset?
You might not want to go to the gym but maybe you’re resetting your emotional, spiritual or #mentalhealth ? So, this could mean you’re meditating, taking action to relieve stress or just trying to laugh more at this crazy life we all live.
