I usually find that on a Saturday is when I’m lost for ideas for breakfast. If I’m not careful I could drift into lunchtime before I’ve eaten breakfast! So on this day, I was happy to have strawberries and some yoghurt in the fridge.
Yoghurt for Breakfast
This yoghurt is kefir yoghurt. People say it’s good for your gut bacteria and encourages a healthy immune system. It’s early days but I’ve decided to try it. Even if it tastes a bit sour, the strawberries sweeten the whole experience.
